They have a new program with core foods. Last week I had only lost .4 of a pound. However, my clothes feel looser. I was able to wear a new pair of pants I couldn't wear before.
I'm following the diet, but not exercising. That's the goal for next week. This week the goal was 1.) more water, 2.) take vitamins, and 3.) don't sleep on Saturday. I also got to church on Sunday.
Yes they are baby steps, but I need to get going. I weigh in tonight.

yesterday was stressful.. I ate like a pig. Today I'm focusing on water, exercise and relaxation. Today is the only day I don't have at least 2 hours trapped in meetings.
The kitten is getting neutered. I'm leaving work early.

I've carried extra weight for years.... I have a 16 year old daughter... I have baby fat. At one point,when I first started dating my current boyfriend, I was down to about 140. Now I weigh what I did BEFORE I went into labor... pre-eclapsic 16 years ago.
I remember crying when I went over 150#, I was 6 or 7 months pregnant. Anyway, now is the time to lose it. It keeps piling on... unless i actively try to shed it.
Year ago, I lost weight on Weight Watchers. Now, I'm focusing on SlimFast. No, I don't like it. At least they've diversified, and there are many options now.
Current weight, 176#. Short term goal: 155#. Watch me shrink.
