They have a new program with core foods. Last week I had only lost .4 of a pound. However, my clothes feel looser. I was able to wear a new pair of pants I couldn't wear before.
I'm following the diet, but not exercising. That's the goal for next week. This week the goal was 1.) more water, 2.) take vitamins, and 3.) don't sleep on Saturday. I also got to church on Sunday.
Yes they are baby steps, but I need to get going. I weigh in tonight.
